工作内容：Production
- Responsible for purchasing goods orders
- Cut Po’s to different vendors and tracking production going on process & inspection details /results with PO TRACKER (initial creator)daily base.
- Develop cost saving projects. 
-  Overseen quality control  and standards according to headquarters specifications
- Providing on going feedback to factories’ production managers 
- Ensuring that deadlines are met according to headquarters specifications
- Verifying that production specifications are met 
- Managing all purchase orders related issues such as renewals, revisions and delivery dates and report suppliers production status daily to headquarters
- All quality assurance function, including inspection, disposition, packing and shipping method & deliver date of product. 
- Assist personnel in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Product Engineering with the analysis of quality problems and determination of corrective action. 
- Perform failure analysis to determine cause of product failure and activate a positive corrective action. 
- Assist the Quality Director (US location) in interviewing and hiring people needed to maintain a work force adequate to control the product. 
- Train new inspectors in system and procedures, use of specific gauges and measuring equipment, sampling attributes data recording and reports. 
- Preparation of detailed inspection planning and instruction sheets daily base. 
- Other duties as assigned.
